Hi! I’m Lawrence Templar, I got my start in personal training over 12 years ago helping busy men and women transform, not just their body, but how they live, percieve their health and how they see themselves.

I’ve spent thousands of hours learning cutting-edge, science based training, nutrition and behaviour methods, earned 11 qualifications and even won a few competitions along the way (that picture at the top of the page is me on stage at the INBA 2014 fitness model competition where I came 1st place), but more importantly then any of that I’ve helped over 200 clients, in well over 15,000 personal training sessions to reach their health and fitness goals as their personal body transformation coach.
