I’m VERY picky about who I work with and I’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed.

1. You must be willing to make better nutrition choices
This doesn’t mean you have to eat chicken and brocolli eat every hour, or give up all the foods you love… I just need you to follow the flexible and delicious nutrition guidelines that I lay out for you 90% of the time, to ensure you get results.

2. You must be commited to hitting the gym 3-4x per week
I don’t need you to spend all your spare time in the gym, or go every day… just 3-4 short but intense workouts per week is enough to get the results you want.

3. You must be commited to taking action and implementing what I teach you
Everything we do together in terms of training and nutrition works, but only if you do the work.

Initial Bioprint ™ Assessment

The initial consult is aimed at helping us understand your physiological makeup and gives us an insight into your nutrition deficits/needs and hormonal imbalances. This typically takes one to two hours and gives us a custom plan that’s perfectly suited to your goals, fitness level and hormonal/physiological state.

Flexible Nutrition Plan

I personally create a flexible, delicious nutrition guide, that allows you to eat the foods you love whilst creating the body you’ve always wanted. This is not a chicken and broccoli diet where you have to eat every hour, but a sustainable long-term solution to transforming your body.

Custom Workout Plan Workouts

I specifically design your exercise workouts so that you build muscle and lose fat in all the right places, including that stubborn belly fat. You will be following a series of specifically formulated programs that are guaranteed to continually deliver results and carry you towards your dream body.

Ongoing Support & Guidance

You’ll have myself or one of my coaches guiding you every step of the way in the gym, showing you exactly how to do each exercise safely and correctly, helping you stay motivated and answering all of your nutrition questions to ensure your not only doing the right things inside of the gym, but also making the right choices in the kitchen and when you’re eating out.
