Absolutely Stoked With The Results!

I had trained for a number of years prior to starting with Lawrence. I was fit, but at the start of 2015 I decided I wanted to see what I needed to do to become as I put it, “insanely fit”. I had bulked up to 90kgs and was commencing a plan and process to reduce my body fat percentage from about 21% to 12%. I was recommended to Lawrence by a friend. By December 2015 I reduced by body fat down to 11.7%. I then maintained this for nine months, at which point I decided I wanted to get my body fat below 10%. Lawrence adjusted my program to help facilitate this goal and after just two months I got my body fat percentage down to 9.65%. I’m absolutely stoked with the results I’ve gotten from training with Lawrence and absolutely love training with him, and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone. looking to get in the best shape of their life and have a lot of fun and laughs (in between sets of course!) along the way.

Personalized Program To Hit His Goals

Before I started with Lawrence my body was not in great shape. I wasn’t fat but I could see my tummy bulging out and my arms and legs were not in proportion. My strength was the worst it had ever been and my nutrition wasn’t great either. I quickly gained total confidence with Lawrence. Healthier And Fitter Then Ever And off All Medications

I’ve never been overweight, however it came to a point where the kilos started to pile on and I was taking multiple medications. I knew something had to change. Doctors would talk about the importance of exercise, so I signed up to Fitness First and scheduled in my first PT session with Lawrence. At first, the scene of the gym was pretty intimidating, as was meeting Lawrence who is highly knowledgeable in his field of health and fitness. However his calm approach to his clients prevailed. Over the period of training with Lawrence, it has not been easy, Lawrence has taught me to push myself, continue, and makes sure I finish every workout! All Time Fitness Low To Finishing A Half Marathon!

In July 2010, I decided I needed to do something about my fitness which had dropped to an all time low. I was sitting on 97kg and I really needed help. I wanted to be able to walk up a stairs without feeling out of breath. Be able to tie my shoelaces while standing up. And to feel good about myself again. Then along came Lawrence. From our first session together I felt completely at ease with him. Lawrence structured a plan based on our initial consultation and he explained every exercise to me and the reason we were doing them. Within months the kilo’s had dropped off due not only to the training I was doing, but to the nutritional advice Lawrence had taught me. The following year, I competed Run Melbourne 21km Half Marathon in under 2 hrs. It was such a proud moment to see how far I had come in a year under Lawrence guidance. I have the utmost respect for Lawrence and would recommend him to anyone seeking a PT who will not judge you on your size, fitness levels or how heavy you can/cannot bench press!

I struggled with my weight my whole life. Whilst I was not overweight, I did feel sluggish and unfit.
